Ace the Cat needs a home
My name is Ace and I was dropped off at a vet office. I am FIV+ but that doesn't mean i cant come and live with you. It just means that I should definitely not be on the streets fighting with other cats. I am living at the vet office right now, but they are trying to find me a home of my own.
**Ace is FIV+ which means he needs to be the only cat in the home or with other FeLV cats. His condition is NOT contagious to people or dogs! His life expectancy isn't known. With this condition, he may live for a few more months or he could go on to live a full, happy life well into old age! He MUST be kept inside and his environment must be protected at all times since his immune system is very compromised. Don't let any of this scare you away from him though. His condition can be very easy to manage and sharing your life with him wouldn't be much different than having a non-FeLV cat. Please research this condition if you are unfamiliar but are considering adopting him. Looking at him, though, you could never guess he has an underlying condition! He is amazingly precious and deserves to live the rest of his life in love, comfort and peace. He deserves snuggles and kisses. He deserves only the best!
